LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A Lufkin man charged with murder in the shooting death of Tyrone Williams appeared in an Angelina County courtroom Tuesday.

DeMarcus LaCarl Jones, 49, appeared before Angelina County Judge Todd Kassaw.

He is accused of killing Williams Nov. 6, 2025, in the 200 block of Bowles Street in Lufkin.
