LOUISVILLE, Ky.

(WDRB+WAVE/Gray News) - A Louisville man has been arrested after police said he secretly recorded multiple people, including a minor, using a camera hidden in a shared bathroom.

Chad N. Spurlock, 38, has been charged with multiple felony counts, including promoting a sexual performance by a minor under 16, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and voyeurism.
