(KPTV/Gray News) - President Donald Trump praised the father who helped stop the shooting at an Oregon elementary school.

"Well, I'll tell you what. There was a great hero, and it could have been - as bad as it was - we had a great hero that went in and did the business. He took care of business," Trump told reporters Friday at the White House.

Kaylub Giamanco was identified as the man who stopped the 16-year-old shooter at Silver Rail Elementary School on Thursday.
