ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Odessa College is offering a Halloween-themed culinary class featuring escargot, bone marrow and other unconventional ingredients.

Bold Bites: Fear the Flavor! will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16. The hands on dining experience is offered through the Community Enrichment division of Odessa College's Workforce and Continuing Education department.

Registration costs $50 per person.
