Create Healthy is inviting community members across the Texas Hill Country to participate in a brief survey to better understand awareness of and sentiment toward the local philanthropic foundation.

The survey is open to people who live and/or work in Gillespie, Mason, Llano or Blanco counties or the town of Comfort.

The survey will remain open until Nov. 13. "Understanding how people across our communities know and perceive Create Healthy gives us valuable insight into where we are connecting effectively and where there may be opportunities to do more," said Jayne Pope, RN, CEO and president of Create Healthy.
