LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - East Texans had the chance to creatively express themselves this morning in hopes of benefiting local causes.

Chalk Your Heart Out is a free event where the community competes through artwork for charity."It's about locals loving locals and just giving back," Candy Palmer, Chalk Your Heart Out President, said.
