New business park coming to Kendall County.

Boerne Kendall EDC reports that the Kendall County Commissioners Court voted unanimously, 5-0, to approve both the final plat and financial guarantee for Freedom Place Business Park, marking a major milestone for this long-awaited project.

Located along I-10 at Upper Cibolo Creek Road, Freedom Place is 82,000 square feet of seven buildings of office and warehouse space designed to serve small and mid-sized companies.
