BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A Bryan man charged with manslaughter following the death of a 28-year-old Bryan woman in a single-vehicle crash is back behind bars.

Kentavion Lewis, 33, is accused of having a Blood Alcohol Concentration level of nearly one and a half times the legal limit when his car struck a utility pole in 2021 at the intersection of East Villa Maria Road and South Texas Avenue in Bryan.

The wreck claimed the life of Alexandra Gutierrez, a passenger in the vehicle at the time.
