UNIVERSAL CITY, Texas - A man is accused of indecency with a child after confessing to sexually assaulting an infant in 2025, according to an arrest affidavit.

Jesse Daniel Skaggs, 32, was charged with indecency with a child by sexual contact, Bexar County jail records show.

The affidavit states it is unclear what exact date the alleged assault happened.
