Ricos Products has a new owner, which plans to keep its headquarters in San Antonio.

Empresas Polar, a family-owned Venezuelan food and beverage company founded in 1941, has purchased Ricos and plans to maintain its San Antonio headquarters and current management team, officials with the South American firm revealed Friday.
