Permian Basin Gifts of Hope to Host Cancer Survivor Celebration in Fort Stockton News Staff Thu, 08/13/2026 - 05:59 Body Fort Stockton, Texas July 23, 2026 Permian Basin Gifts of Hope, a Midland-based nonprofit organization, is partnering with local Fort Stockton business Ru Coffee to host the RU Survivor Celebration, an afternoon honoring cancer fighters, survivors and their families.

The celebration will take place Sunday, Aug. 30, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Ru Coffee, located at 201 N. Main St. in Fort Stockton.

The event is designed to bring local cancer survivors together, celebrate their journeys and connect individuals and families with resources available throughout the Permian Basin.
