(WMC/Gray News) - Two people, including a 17-year-old, were arrested after an investigation into alleged child abuse at a Mississippi daycare, authorities said.

The Lafayette County Sheriff's Office said deputies received a report on Sept. 22 about a child who sustained burns to the feet, allegedly at a daycare in the county.

Investigators initiated an investigation into the allegations and later obtained for two women: Rhina Delgado, 20, and a 17-year-old girl, both from Oxford.
