Anonymous tip leads to deadly conduct charge after New Year's Day shooting

A 23-year-old Laredo man was arrested and charged with deadly conduct after posting a video of himself firing a gun toward a residential area on New Year's Day.

LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - A Laredo man has been arrested and charged with a felony after police say he posted a video of himself firing a gun toward a residential area on New Year's Day.

Nin Carmona, 23, was served with an arrest warrant Aug. 6 and charged with deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, a third-degree felony, according to the Laredo Police Department.
