BAYTOWN, Texas (KTRK) -- Court records show that an arrest has been made following a May hit-and-run that killed 33-year-old Samuel Ybarra in the Baytown area.

ABC13 checked court records and found that Analicia Llamas had been arrested in connection with the deadly hit-and-run.
