THE WOODLANDS, Texas - A Montgomery County Precinct 3 deputy constable is under internal affairs scrutiny after video footage captured him entering a family's garage uninvited while serving a civil court notice.

Capt. Adam Acosta of the Precinct 3 Constable's Office confirmed the investigation was launched Wednesday, prompted by a KPRC 2 News inquiry into the August 24 incident involving Sgt. David Weis, who identifies himself on camera.

The family is demanding accountability.
