TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Tyler police say they have found a child reported in a welfare concern at a home on West 10th Street.

Police responded to welfare concern calls after the child was seen alone, running down Sunnybrook Avenue near a construction site near 10th Street, according to Tyler Police Department spokesperson Andy Erbaugh.
