WACO, Texas (KWTX) - An arrest warrant affidavit obtained by KWTX reveals new details behind the arrest of a Waco man accused of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend and causing thousands of dollars in property damage.

Jalen Javon Law faces a third-degree felony charge of assault of a pregnant person and a state jail felony charge of criminal mischief.

He was arrested Aug. 4 but is currently out on bond.
