HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Houston Police Department said they are investigating a murder-suicide that happened on Willow Chase Boulevard in northwest Houston on Saturday night.

The incident started at about 7:30 p.m. when the father of a young child went to the child's mother's home to deliver diapers, according to HPD.

Officials said at some point, the two parents got into an argument which led to the man shooting the grandmother of the child, then shooting the child before turning the gun on himself.
