AUSTIN, Texas (KBTX) - State regulators have immediately suspended the licenses of three behavior analysts and an assistant behavior analyst for failing to report suspected child abuse involving a 4-year-old client at a Plano autism center.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation issued the one-year emergency suspensions on Aug. 17 against behavior analysts Nicole Ercan, Amberly Bossert, and Karah Pack, and assistant behavior analyst Alice Agyeman.

According to state orders, the child's mother reported to center staff on May 12 that the child may have been sexually abused by two registered behavior technicians at the Apara Autism Center.
