GATESVILLE, Texas (KWTX) - U.S. Marshalls are out looking for Treston Kane Nolte, 33, who escaped the custody of Gatesville Police on Tuesday.

The Gatesville Police Department shared this subject information:Name: Treston Kane NolteAge: 33Height: 6'0"Weight: 175Hair Color: Blonde or StrawberryEye Color: BrownClothing Last Seen Wearing: Blue T-shirt and Blue JeansFull Beard, Multiple Tattoos on both forearmsNolte was last seen at the corner of Bridge St. and South Lutterloh Ave. in Gatesville, Texas. Police said, "may be traveling on foot or in a 2012 to 2016 Black Dodge pickup with a bumper pull trailer with a Skid Steer on the trailer and his current whereabouts are unknown."Nolte is wanted for felony motion to revoke probation DWI and felony escape, according to Gatesville Police. The department warns that if you see Nolte, do not engage or attempt to detain him. Instead, police say to call 911 or the Gatesville Police at (254) 865-2226."You may also submit anonymous tips through Centex Crime Stoppers @ www.centexcrimestoppers.org," Gatesville police said.
