A water rescue is underway in Livingston after heavy rain from Tropical Depression Edouard caused Choates Creek to overflow, leaving four children, including a baby, trapped inside a mobile home.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office is responding to the area, where floodwaters have risen to about waist-deep levels.
The affected area is near the edge of Highway 190 and Highway 59.
