Man found competent to stand trial in 2024 murder of Stacy Dramiga

A San Antonio man accused of killing a woman on the Salado Creek Greenway in 2024 has been found competent to stand trial.

A San Antonio man accused of killing a woman walking on the Salado Creek Greenway in 2024 was found competent to stand trial.

Samuel Aquim Charon was charged with capital murder a year after Stacey Dramiga was found dead at Dafoste Park on Sept. 23, 2024.

DNA at the crime scene matched Charon, who lived near the area where Dramiga was found, according to police.
