ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - An Ector County Jury has found a man guilty of assaulting a Peace Officer and Evading Arrest/Detention.

On October 31, 2025 DPS made a traffic stop on David Munoz.

When the trooper tried to arrest Munoz, he Pulled away and ran.
