New lawsuits reveal that 44 people, including four children, died in a July 2025 flood at HTR TX Hill Country RV Park and Campground in Kerrville, higher than the originally reported 36 deaths.

44 guests camping last summer, including four children at HTR TX Hill Country RV Park and Campground were killed in the July 2025 flood not 36 according to new filings in lawsuits against the owners and managers of the business.

According to expressnews.com, four lawsuits have been filed against owners and operators of the RV park.

Expect a jury trial in Kerrville next summer.
