Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1088 will welcome retired Air National Guard Senior Master Sgt. Curt "Boomer" Regester as the featured speaker at its monthly meeting Saturday, Aug. 15, in Fredericksburg.

The meeting will be held at TacAero Tailwheel Academy at the south end of the runway at Gillespie County Airport, 75 Airport Road.

Coffee and pancakes will be served beginning at 8 a.m., followed by the business meeting at 8:30 a.m. Regester served 24 years with the Air National Guard and spent a decade coordinating and managing military participation in major airshows while assigned to the 146th Airlift Wing.
