A Tennessee man was arrested for the rape of a child after he allegedly crossed state lines with the victim.

FBI agents spotted Dylan Osborne making a sexual advance on the child during a surveillance on Oct. 25.

Agents entered Osbourne's apartment and took him into custody, and the victim was rescued.
