GRIMES COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - On Oct. 8 at approximately 2 p.m., Preston William Cole Ashley was taken into custody without incident in Montgomery County.

According to a press release from the Grimes County Sheriff's Office, Ashley was then booked into the Grimes County Jail on outstanding warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and making a terroristic threat against a family member.
