Anti-data center group says it has reached minimum petition signature goal in Lubbock

LUBBOCK COUNTY, Texas (KCBD) - A group opposing a proposed data center in Lubbock says it has reached its minimum petition signature goal.
Citizens of Lubbock Against Data Centers announced in a social media post that more than 2,400 people have signed the petition to stop the data center from being built.
The organization said it wants to reach 3,000 signatures before presenting the petition at Citizens Tower this week.
