LUBBOCK, Texas (NEWS RELEASE) - On Thursday, October 22, Rink's Lease Service, Inc., will replace waterline piping on North Avenue P, between East Cesar Chavez Drive and Erskine Street.

This project will replace aging water infrastructure to improve function and reduce future maintenance.

This closure will affect traffic in both directions, with no traffic being allowed throughout construction.
