The Willow City Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department will hold its monthly general membership business meeting Thursday, Aug. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Willow City Fire Station, 2501 Ranch Road 1323.

Among the items on the agenda, members who participated in the annual Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service Municipal Fire School July 19-24 will report on their weeklong training.

Truck checks and maintenance, along with station work, also will be discussed and planned.
