HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in the deadly shooting of a woman and wounding three others in southeast Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

According to police, 51-year-old Kendrick Maurice Williams has been charged with the murder of a 44-year-old woman, whose identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Williams also faces three counts of aggravated assault, police said.
