COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - The College Station City Council unanimously agreed to draft a safe passing ordinance called "Hannah's Law."The ordinance is named after professional boxer Hannah Rapp, who was killed in a cycling crash this summer.

Council members asked staff to draft a formal ordinance - tentatively named "Hannah's Law" - along with a public safety campaign.

Rapp was killed in July, struck by a driver while riding her bike.
