DENISON, Texas (KXII) - The Denison Arts Council celebrated Da de los Muertos on Saturday with a festival in downtown Denison.

Da de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican holiday that celebrates life and honors loved ones.

Families traditionally welcome the spirits of their ancestors back for a visit.
