The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is seeking charges in connection with the drowning death of a 2-year-old boy at a north Bexar County pool.

According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office, Malachi LeBlanc died four days after the incident on Aug. 5.

His death was ruled an accident.
