A 28-year-old Harris County mother was arrested for allegedly failing to seek medical attention after her 2-year-old daughter was physically abused and brought unconscious to a gas station.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - The mother of a 2-year-old girl, who was brought unconscious to a Spring gas station and later rushed to a hospital, has been arrested and charged.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office says Jazmin Cisneros, 28, allegedly failed to seek medical attention after becoming aware that her child had been physically abused.

She has been charged with injury to a child - serious bodily injury and was booked into the Harris County Jail on Tuesday.
