ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The city of Odessa will perform scheduled IT system maintenance from 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1. Utility bills cannot be paid during that time.

Utility bills can be paid online before or after those dates and times, according to the city notice.

Late fees will be waived during the maintenance period.
