Judge sets trial date for man accused of murder in Tyler road rage shooting

A trial date of February 8, 2027 has been set for 23-year-old Dayton Morgan, who is accused of murdering a man in a road rage shooting incident in Tyler.

TYLER, Texas (KETK) -- A trial date has been set for 23-year-old Dayton Morgan, who is accused of fatally shooting a man during an alleged road rage incident in Tyler.

On Friday, Judge Austin Reeve Jackson announced that a trial has been scheduled for Feb. 8, 2027.
