LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - Webb County Constable Precinct 1 deputies arrested four people on drug and other felony charges following a stop on Tuesday, July 21, in the 300 block of Matamoros.

During the stop, deputies said they found controlled substances and marijuana.
