TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Libertarian nominee for Texas governor Pat Dixon says voters deserve more than two choices in November."I'm a libertarian," Dixon said.
"I'm offering a choice that is libertarian that says to every Texas voter, you own yourself. You get to do anything you want as long as you're not harming someone else."As a former Lago Vista city council member, engineer and 10-year former state Libertarian Party chair, Dixon said his campaign centers on qualifications, choice and liberty.
He criticized Gov. Greg Abbott's property tax plan to curb local spending as misplaced, arguing a governor should cut state spending instead.
