TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A 475th District Court judge rejected proposed plea deals for two Tyler men charged in the hanging death of a dog.

Judge Heaton heard the proposed plea deal for Billy Darnell Perry, which called for eight years of probation.

Heaton asked for details of the case, and the prosecution read the report aloud in court.
