The Kerrville City Council on Tuesday rescinded its authority to use eminent domain to acquire the Tivy Mountain property.

The measure passed unanimously on the consent agenda at the meeting at Kerrville City Hall.

The resolution was one of many subjects approved by the council at the meeting, with other resolutions also receiving support from council.
