TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - East Texans gathered in downtown Tyler for a Day of the Dead celebration, which remembers loved ones who have died.

Attendees could speak with vendors, listen to a mariachi band composed of Caldwell Arts Academy students and watch a wrestling match.

"It is just a wonderful way to celebrate the heritage that we have right here in downtown Tyler and Tyler, period," said Amber Varona, downtown manager for the City of Tyler.
