(KGNS) - The Laredo City Council is set to meet Monday, Nov. 2, to discuss several issues that affect the community.

City leaders are set to discuss requiring landlords to register their properties.

Leaders said the requirement would make it easier to find property owners when problems come up and would help ensure homes are safe to live in.
