LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - A Lubbock judge has temporarily blocked the NCAA from enforcing penalties on a Texas Tech athlete due to his eligibility, clearing the path for him to play, for now.

The court finds he has standing to sue the NCAA over the question.

Forward Jamichael Stillwell transferred to Texas Tech this year, after playing for years of college basketball, most recently at Central Florida.
