LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - The Webb County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on five warrants connected to a June investigation into harassment and threats against a woman, according to the sheriff's office.

Investigators arrested Saul Carrizales, 31, during a traffic stop at about 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, in the 1800 block of Laredo Street, the sheriff's office said.
