With the help of the community a suspect has been identified in a series of vehicle burglaries in Fredericksburg.

Late last week Fredericksburg Police Department released photos of someone breaking into a vehicle in the Creek Street and Highway Street area.

The department had been investigating several vehicle burglaries on those streets.
