HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The Elsa Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a 76-year-old missing man.

Lauro Trevino, 76, was last seen at approximately 4:30 a.m. wearing a red and orange shirt and cargo shorts at the 200 block of W. Ciro Caseres, according to a critical missing persons alert on Tuesday.
