Daniel Wong will remain Fort Bend County's appointed judge after a judge ruled Wednesday that he can continue serving.
Wong was appointed earlier this year after then-Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George was suspended from office following his felony conviction.
George, who was originally elected as a Democrat before later switching parties, ultimately lost his reelection bid.
