MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department are asking for the public's help solving a cold case homicide.

According to Midland Crime Stoppers, investigators are taking a fresh look into the homicide of James "Sidewalk" Thomas, who was killed on Oct. 6, 2009, in the area of the 4300 block of West Wall and Midland Drive.

Investigators seek new informationAs part of the review, investigators are seeking information from anyone who may have had contact with Thomas before his death or who may have information about the individuals he was with that night, Midland Crime Stoppers said.
