HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The City of Houston is looking into an ABC13 viewer's account after they received a water bill for more than $4,000. "We cannot afford $4,000," Robin Turner said.

"That bill is outrageous." Turner showed us the bill, which indicates that her home used more than 120,000 gallons of water in June of this year.

It shows that number was around 20,000 in May and around 10,000 in March and April.
